The QB Hierarchy: Week 13

Each week we will release “The Hierarchy” for each position. The Hierarchy will release players rank according to where we at NoHuddle believe they will fall for that particular week using a tiered system. The higher the tier, the better off, the lower the tier, the more you want to stay away from those players. All rankings are based on upcoming opponent, past performances, and projections for the current week and will be updated as the week progresses. Here we go:

The Kings: (Represent the Elite at their position for the week- Top End QBs):

The Princes: (Represent the QBs that should still perform at QB1 levels):

  1. Tom Brady v. LA
  2. Matt Ryan v. KC
  3. Ben Roethlisberger v. NYG
  4. Andrew Luck @ NYJ
  5. Phillip Rivers v. TB
  6. Matt Stafford @ NO
  7. Russell Wilson v. CAR
  8. Colin Kaepernick @ CHI

The Dukes: (Represent the QBs that should perform at QB2 levels with a chance to sneak into Prince and King territory):

  1. Tyrod Taylor @ OAK
  2. Jamies Winston @ SD
  3. Derek Carr @ BUF
  4. Eli Manning @ PIT

The Marquess: (Represent QBs that should perform at a solid QB2 level):

  1. Kirk Cousins @ ARI
  2. Carson Palmer v. WAS
  3. Cam Newton @ SEA
  4. Alex Smith @ ATL
  5. Dak Prescott @ MIN
  6. Trevor Siemian @ JAX
  7. Matt Barkley v. SF
  8. Ryan Fitzpatrick v. IND
  9. Carson Wentz @ CIN
  10. Brock Osweiler @ GB

The Barons: (Represents the QBs that are the most desperate of all starts and in all likelihood, we are trying to avoid deploying in our lineup)

  1. Joe Flacco v. MIA
  2. And Dalton v. PHI
  3. Blake Bortles v. DEN
  4. Sam Bradford v. DAL
  5. Ryan Tannehill @ BAL
  6. Jared Goff @ NE
